Network signals please
personal May 31st, 2008Traveling and discovering different places is one of the things that I enjoy doing. In traveling you do not only indulge yourself with the good things brought by the new environment that you are in. You are also able to discover, learn and experience new things that you haven’t known or experienced before. One of my favorite trips is when I was in college. My friends and I went to a beach and explored the islands around it. All of us enjoyed the trip except for one thing. There were no cell towers or cell sites around the resort making it hard for us to contact our parents and loved ones and thus making us cut our vacation short.
Cell sites or cell phone towers are antennas and electronic communication equipments that create mobile phone network signals within places reached by the waves produced by sets of receivers, transceivers and digital signal processors. These sites are the ones that enable mobile phone network subscribers to send SMS and MMS messages and make calls through their mobile phones. That is why now I often check first for cell phone towers each time I go to a new place and if there is none around I just look for telephones that I may use for getting in touch with my loved ones.
